This notice explains how Nigri Advisory, as data controller, processes the personal data you share through this website, in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Data we process

Through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number and any information you include in your message.

Purposes

To assess your meeting request, contact you, define the scope of an advisory engagement and comply with our legal obligations.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1), the establishment of a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

Your data is stored on the systems of our hosting and database providers, which may include servers located abroad. Otherwise it is shared with third parties only where required by law.

Visit statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages of the site are visited. It does not use cookies and does not identify visitors personally; only aggregate data such as page views, referring site, country, device and browser type is kept.

Retention

If your request does not lead to an engagement, your data is deleted or anonymised within two years at the latest.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Please write to info@nigriadvisory.com.
